Kenneth Salas is the COO and Co-Founder of Camino Financial, an online lender serving underbanked small businesses. Early in his life he witnessed firsthand the struggles experienced by small business owners and is fully committed to help them succeed. Prior to co-founding Camino Financial, Kenneth worked at a Palladium Equity Partners, a private equity firm, where he invested in middle-sized businesses and had direct responsibility over five portfolio companies. He served on the Board of Directors of Wise Foods and worked closely with his portfolio companies to formulate their strategic plans. Before Palladium, Kenneth worked as a financial analyst at Barclays Capital specializing in commercial bank mergers and acquisitions. He received a MBA from Harvard Business School and received a BA in International Political Economy from the University of California at Berkeley.
